1. Will not be held responsible for any lost mailed-out items. (As per all item are mails out with tracking number, tracking number will provide once sent out).
2. Will not responsible on the package damages while shipping (Will double check all items, to ensure that they are in good condition, wrapped nicely before mailing them out.)
3. Uncollected item within 15 days at post office, item will return back to seller (post office return to mailer/seller address), buyer required to bare the full shipping cost for resend the item. Item/mail will be forfeited/re-listed for sell after 15 days from the day post office returned (Buyer has to provide me the tracking number I provided at item no.1, for verification purpose)
4. Once purchased, not refundable. (Exceptional case for item out of stock)
5. Item which NOT entitle for replacement:
a. If item has dirt or stain not able to get replacement (Because it’s from manufacture, and they not allow me to claim/replacement as well, whereas required your little help to wipe/wash it),
b. Item that had been told or stated has the defect(s) on the item,
c. If the item found to be in own thought of unsatisfactory condition or shows signs of having been tampered with,
d. Pictures are as similar to the items, will not be responsible if the item(s) not exactly the same or expected (Pictures are taken from real item),
e. Item may difference in color due to photos lightnings conditions and settings of computer screen resolutions (Pictures are taken from real item),
f. Item maybe has slight difference in measurement provided, in such cases will not considered as a defect,
g. Purchased item exceed the stated warranty period. (From the day buyer received item)
h. All item stated NEW, meant to unused. If buyer feel/own thought of the item(s) had been used
6. Replacement item(s) is/are required buyer to ship/mail to seller and postage required buyer to bare all the shipping cost
