i really felt like cancelling the order of my iphone due to really lousy service from maxis..But due to the RM200 not refundable..i can't do it..really tired of such lousy customer service

I forgot on what version of this thread that mention that we can take over an Iphone order from somebody else...my cousin book for me last Nov and they've inform him through sms to collect...i have his booking receipt and was wondering if it's possible for me to go there and take it and register it as my own?

Hey guys, planning to purchase the iPhone 3Gs.
I've read somewhere that we may be able to purchase the iPhone 3Gs from Maxis without having to subscribe to any plan/purchase outright. May I know whether, is that true? Thanks in advance. |

32gb also seems to out of stock. Confirmed Gardens out of stock, went there yesterday. Anyone tried Sunway Pyramid so that i don't have to waste a trip down? Thanks!

gardens does not have 16gb and 32gb stock anymore.
Only for the customers coming for collection with an earlier booking. However they have 1 more 8gb 3G phone tho |

i think they haf. jz dunwan inform customer only. i think they keep a few stocks for everyday purpose. after the stocks for the day is finish sold thn they will inform customer no more stocks. tis is wat i guess cz on 23 dec, some of the ppl mention tat gardens no more stocks. when i go on 24 of dec, inquiry on the phone, it has stocks.. if they really no more stocks.. where the the stocks on 24 dec??? is another trick from maxis i guess..

called customer service once again and dis time the ans "sir after u have waited for 45 days u can collect ur phone lah"  .tht time i was almost speechless and after i asked bout the stock availability of 3gs the guy told me to hold on.for the whole period listening to the annoying song i prayed for a better outcome.and then the guy returned and he promised he will call me by 2day regarding my status |

Just bought the 32GB 3GS for my GF today .... ivalue 2. Collected the phone on the spot ( Klang- Bkt tinggi MC )
just a stupid question how can i know I am using the Maxis Data or the WI-FI cause the data usage in the phone I think is for both... Any master here can share? |
