and i compare to my lost Philips SHE-9500, and my old edifier that last time cost me RM120, also lost...all in-ear earphone, and i would say, the PL21 wins the rest of them, except for the stronger bass that the edifier one had last time...i really miss it.. T.T

last question, my hostel keep on suddenly no electricity and results in improper shut down of my notebook nowadays. Thus, my notebook already faced at least 8 times of improper shut down recently. So,any bad effects of improper shut down?? i mean to the hardware like hard disk, GC, motherboard,etc...

Well,a sudden trip maybe will affect the HDD/MB (rarely) but for preventive, better use battery lor if your place always got blackout

I used to ON my HP Pavilion Dv1000 24/7/365 with battery...nothing wrong with it but in long term, it'll affect your battery life as the heat from other hardware in laptop will wear-down the battery cells....but if you certain that your place always blackout, then better always put battery on standby ..
