According to Steve Ballmer,
You will most probably only see 3 editions sold in most stores, which is Home Basic, Home Premium and Professional. Home Starter's main focus is for very basic use and for netbooks mainly. Enterprise, like trifecta said, will be sold through volume licensing to companies which have a Software Assurance contract with Microsoft. Windows 7 Ultimate is a version where it has all the same features in Windows 7 Enterprise but it will be available to home users.
