how many pictures Sony A330 can take in a single battery charge? tried to find in reviews but so far haven't came across one.. thinking of buying this model..

asking a noob question.. does sigma or tamron have 18-2x0mm lens for Sony Alpha? it shud be better than Sony's SAL18200?
