The right way to help is by asking for transaction proof and police report first before you help them. These two documents are very important to show that someone really get scammed. If victims haven't reported. Ask them to report first. We are bound by law. You can't just go to people house and threat people.

I am concern on innocent people's safety especially the girls. People could just go to you and claim to be cheated by this person and you gave the person's details to them, with that details it could be dangerous on that person. Who are going to be responsible if someone's being stalked, raped, murdered and etc???

We used have codex in the dispute forum to help in most cases and he did ask for proof and report before helping victims. So please do not just gave others' people details without considering other's safety. That is illegal.
