yes, sit on numerous Vios rear seats during work trips from Selangor to PG. It makes my back sore, not to say even my manager feels the same cuz at first i tot it was just me and my picky buttocks. Sitting on the front seats are very comfy though even for long hours journey.

To clear my doubts i went over to Toyota Glenmarie to personally test drive and sit on the rear seats while my fren test. The seats are still upright straight, no changes whatsoever was done. It would be great if there are more padding there. Asked the SA, and he admits its abit straight and immediately offered package to rewrap the seats with leather and extra padding.

Its a stock company Vios.. and my company has tons of these stock Vios ma they changed the company cars from wira to vios.. if not wer i find so much 'driving' experience in Vios le ..lol

i never sat on a heavily moded Vios before so cant comment on the back seat and my buttocks on it lol..

if moded also depends on what type of mods i think .. with those performance absorbers and big rims .. sure bumpy d lol..

well but it has been made known that even a stock car new Vios certainly has issues when one sits long hours at rear. It doesnt have this on the previous Vios.

We dont need a heavily modded car as a comparison..just stock to stock will be fine. UMW is just adapting the buat tak tahu method like how Honda Malaysia did on the Civic alarm part... cuz their sales are so stable ..

add padding will help termendously... just they no motivation already la .. the designs they can retain... bcoz of this, i cannot say the new vios is a good passenger car anymore .. a good driver car it is ..

yaya thats what the first thing the SC offer me.. lol i think the SC also know about this ..
