TA Enterprise is spinning of its property arm for listing on the 23 Nov this year which will raise up to RM230m which could be used for its venture capital business and possible new hotel acquisitions in Canada or London valued at about RM630m.

At present, TA Enterprise owns the Coast Whistler Hotel in Vancouver, Canada, worth RM191m, as well as The Westin Melbourne (RM390m) and
the Radisson Plaza Hotel (RM286m) in Sydney, Australia.
