Hi, I have something to ask about TBS product...
If my post isn't suitable here admin can feel free to move this...

My friend gave me a TBS trial kit + pouch for my bday around June this year.... But since the products I'm currently using still got some leftovers so I just put all the things aside and zip it inside the pouch.

The trial kit contains Aloe Vera Soothing Day Cream and another one is Night Cream, Mascara, Mauve Dream lip gloss, dandelion eye make-up remover and energize body cream....

And just now, I opened a bottle of Aloe Vera Night Soothing Cream and put it on my face, I smelled something weird.... Those 'expired cosmetics' smell, I don't know if there's anyone reckon this kind of smell, so I turn around the bottle try to find the manufacture date...

It stated Made in Swiss for 2005.

I'm a bit shocked to see such long ago date but since it's newly bought and never open up before, is there any problem? Or should I take it to the outlet and get a change?

Actually I feel a bit uncomfortable to continue using it.

I would like to know what you guys will do if you guys face this problem.
Please help. Thanks. cry.gif

if your friend who gave it to you still have the receipt, you can try to have it change. Usually they have an exchange period of 7 days but since it is dated 2005, it might have expired and they might change it for you since they are a reputable company..

since you smelt something weird, don't use it any more. It might cost allergy.

All the best.

If i'm not mistaken, a product can keep up to 3 yrs if unopen.. means 2008 expired. correct me if i'm wrong hmm.gif
