Introduction To Micro Controller And Robotic Workshop ( Part 1) Open to all Secondary Student. Date: 29th November 2009 Time: 10.00am to 5.00pm (Lunch Provided) Place: Tampoi Indah Johor Bahru. Fees: RM60.00 (Only 10 participants) Interested Pls e-mail at azmaxim@hotmail.com or PM. Material for the workshop such as Micro controller, electronic component and sensor are provided for loan. Who should attend? 1.Student with interest in electronics and want to be an inventor, electrical and electronic engineer, mechatronic engineer and other related field such as robotic. What you will learn? 1. You will learn basic electronic component. 2. Read Schematic Diagram. 3. Installing Software for compiler. 4. Circuit Assembling. 5. Write program using C (use in higher learning education). 6. Build 3/4 simple project Arduino Duemilanove 328 will be using in this workshop. Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software. It’s intended for anyone interested in creating interactive objects or environments. Arduino can sense the environment by receiving input from a variety of sensors and can affect its surroundings by controlling lights, motors, and other actuators. The microcontroller on the board is programmed using the Arduino programming language (based on Wiring) and the Arduino development environment (based on Processing). Arduino projects can be stand-alone or they can communicate with software on running on a computer (e.g. Flash, Processing, MaxMSP). This basic workshop will introduce you to the basic use of Arduino. The goal is to provide you with open source tools, introduce you to the creation of your own personal prototyping laboratory. For more details about Arduino Please visit http: //www.arduino.cc/ http://arduinostudio.wordpress.com/ Note: Please bring along your laptop if possible. Printed material provided. Good News - 10% discount for Arduino Doemilanove 328 for those attending the workshop. This post has been edited by azmax100: Oct 2 2009, 07:27 PM |

Yes you are right.
Arduino is the board using atmega uC with boot loader burned onto the chip so sketch can be upload without a programmer. I should write using Arduino development board. Thanks for correcting me. |
