For .avi and .mkv files, WDTV is the best option in yr budget. If you mainly go for TVB series and Jap porn which are mainly in RMVB, then most china branded player can handle .avi and .rmvb. If you need .mkv and .rmvb, then save more to get a PlayON or Xtreamer.
