buyer...

unless the seller willing to pay for it...

the snp is most important to you and less important for the seller...

If both seller and buyer appoints their own lawyer, then each pay for their own fees for the transaction. Some sellers may opt not to be represented.

Buyer have to bear the S&P fee, while seller they will have some fee as well, but not much as S&P.

is the buyer who bears if the seller not willing to share part of it (normally they don't ofcos)..

but sometimes, got discount one.. negotiate and see ur luck lo
..
anyway, if you need housing loan, or getting MRTA, or MLTA, can consult my expertise too.

Ask the bank where you get your loan from pays for it. You will have to use their panel lawyer though.

You as the BUYER are to bear the SnP cost.....it mite cost you quite a bit for the legal fees but some firms do offer discounts up to 30%.....take your time and do some extensive research on which firm is offering you the best package....
