will it cause the apartment and condo depreciation?
since most of Malaysian felt the EQ, definitely some of them may think on future EQ which may happen anytime...

This is not good news : a client of mine held back the payment this morning for a batch of units in the KLCC area because of what happened yesterday,.... Arrangmenets have been made earlier for the purchase, many meeting have been held for negotiations,.....but I just received the news that this purchase has been held back and the client is not signing the purchase agreement just yet,....

Nowadays earthquake getting closer to west coast of malaysia. How safe is our high rise building? any industry index to measure? (E.g: Twin tower can sustain 6.0 earthquake magnitude or below... etc)

due to location, i read somewhere that most high rise buildings/residential in hong kong and japan are
built based on stringent spec.... but not sure how's in malaysia... for those who spent a fortune buying
a high end condo...and possibly overnight ...the value might drop drastically...if this bad things happen again...

people will worry to stay in high rise buildings.....
