Guys i have a question,

i have 2 cars, when i get my 2nd car my friend bought my 1st car from me, i just gave him sambung bayar, it has been a year plus and his payment is good no problem. Now i want to apply for housing loan and the bank said that my commitment is high due it show that im paying for 2 cars, My friend said it's ok for him to apply for new loan for the car under his name since im having problem applying for the housing loan but most of the bank does not offer higher purchase loan 10 year old car, the car make is year 1999 BMW e36. I have called many bank like CIMB, HLB, Affin bank, AMBANK, Public Bank but none of them offer to do so, How can i solve this and get out of it? where can i get the loan for my friend so i can settle my bank.

Show them proofs that your friend is the one paying the car loan.
If your profile is good enough and the banker is fighting on your behalf, it shouldn't be a problem

but for me, i will cancel the first loan and ask mya fren to apply a new one... just in case he ran away.. hehehe..

but for ur case, go to the bank with your frens together with the doc or proof of payment for the car loan. like bank transfer on monthly basis and who is driving the car most of the time.

good banker will try to nego ur case for ur hse loan..

Show them (banks) the proof of the transfers made from your friend's account to the Hire-Purchase Loan under your name. Tag your friend along and sign an B&W agreement showing that it is your friend who is bearing the repayment cost for the car....
