cant even connect at all

mostly end up 60x - login a few min, then a long terrible hang and dc

louke, dannex - looks like we're screwed

playing from my house at USM - kenot, dc in 10-30 sec
head down to Netcity - same with their 10m/6m line, in fact most online games that go out is not working atm

tried all 60x - 60.50, 60.49(used to be the best, now both screwed)

i do notice that i cant get any 124x or 218x now - most likely case either the major cable is down, or some nuthead on site is playing around the network again

* ps new problem: log into lowyat and everything is fine. but now i cant even load the forum threads. gotta access using those quick links........nice going streamyx
