i also thought that btroc will get best drama since RB sapu-ed almost all the important awards...also considering that it got the highest rating of the year(IF the rating system IS indeed correct). but this year, TVB did listen to audiences!

so happy that tavia won fave actress...i did watch btroc because of her(sorry charmaine fans..shes good..but perhaps not my cup of tea in btroc. but she's excellent with lam miu miu!). didn't know why tvb suddenly made a new award (best performance by an actress/actor)...another consolation for yeung yi? somehow i felt tht someone else might be more deserving for that award..but nevertheless, she's my fave all this while! so yes! congrats to all the winners! so happy with this year's awards. no more 'contracts/biological son/daughter' thing.

but i still feel that laughing gor beats chai 9 in favourite character hands down! somehow i do feel that he's being ripped off from his favourite tv male character (not to say that chai 9 is not good..he is good. he's one of my favourite to win and he won! yan sang yao kei toh koh sap lin?)

yes! no one else (as of late) to transform himself from tvb to have a movie on his own because fans were eager to know more about him, supporting him all the way and forced tvb to have another finale filmed. it was unheard of for chai 9 (once again, of course i do like him..i love his character.). favoritism wise, laughing gor is the number 1 vote and i thought he was kinda in the lead before the run up to the award show...and man i swear i saw his face with a huge let down when it was announced to be chai 9(michael tse strongly denied it).

i think now tvb is desperate for viewers approval and support unlike most of the years where they turned a blind eye to whatever comments viewers gave. they even took into account the power of netizens (thus explains why there's a laughing gor movie and also some serious threatening from netizens about RB - sheren and wayne).

on a side note, i do love lam miu miu..i think that she's funny and quirky..together with ah song(yes! he was nominated for favourite and best..both!). it was a pity that she didn't win. perhaps not much watched that show...those that watched it perhaps they think that miumiu should have won favourite and not yiu kam ling. but do remember that most ppl watched btroc and not YH..thus there might difference in votes.

however, not to say that i do not like yiu kam ling. i like it because of tavia herself and also the character itself because she's something that i could relate to (tho i hope to be sam hou..so that i could be likable and always have someone to save me out of trouble! but then too 'yuen mei' already...).

although i am not fond of charmaine sheh that much...but some of her characters i do like (lam miu miu and wing sau fung in DOL), i do feel pity for her coz she's been called up to get that 'gold medal' and i find it very funny lor..already know cannot win but still kena called up to get those 'medals' (same goes to others that didnt win in the favourite and best category).

it's a pity that jamie chik, anita yuen, gallen lo and the rest of BR didnt get nominations (except for kenneth and sharon) coz i do feel that they have what it takes to be in the top 5..more deserving that bosco and kevin IMO..perhaps even more than moses in btroc(sorry fans!).

eh..there's also a laughing bar near cheras 'yu lek' cheras business centre there(really wan..no joke)...it's a new pub and it took after laughing gor's name. hahaha.

yes more of those evil plans and not really like 'angry woman' kinda 'war'.

the thing that i really like about btroc is their overall look deco. very nice and elegant!

i am waiting to see the new drama as well coz there's christine ng! i kinda like her and i dont get bored looking at her face. haha.

i just remembered that the original tvb sales presentation last year, christine ng was included in the clip...and the original storyline was for charmaine sheh to be the 'sheung gong' above them all and sheh helped tavia when she was supposed to be stabbed by the hair accessories by one of the 'head of dept'...then kevin was supposed to be liking tavia before liking sheh as tavia chooses to be with the king...

i think the original or supposed storyline presented by tvb sales presentation last year would be more exciting than the aired btroc(not like it's not good..but as most mentioned, halfway thru the drama, it's abit monotone with only few ppl going against each other...so it lost the appeal of the whole drama).

don't know why lor...haihs. i think IF they perhaps use back the original storyline, then maybe there will be more interesting scenes instead! but of course, the outlook of the characters in the existing btroc looks way better la. haha.

im waiting for the modern version of btroc! the princess thing looks kinda funny coz it's kinda similar to sheh's lam miu miu role. wanna see tavia and raymond too for the 'shall we state the case' (weird name...i know..haha). it's said that they will finally have a good ending together as a couple!

How was BR? I am missing it so many days!
I find that the 830 show kinda funny and sunny chan is so innocent and cute! Cant imagine that he's 40 over already!

however, BR i think is still better than GOL or some other bad dramas could think off because i believe the actings of the veterans and the storyline is actually abit refreshing from the conventional dramas that we watch for the past few years. i do hope tht jamie chik, ray lui, gallen lo, anita yuen and joe ma will collaborate again coz i do love their collaborations..they have chemistry unlike most of the fa dans and siu sangs...esp when they are collaborating for the first time and some being absent from acting scene for decades.

i think kate tsui looks kinda pretty in beauty of the game albeit 'abit' overdo in her character(or perhaps thts only my sole opinion la).

i like how her mother and her bickering over almost everything. haha.

i think it's a wig GUA coz i see her latest pics(or maybe not latest..haha) all also still long hair? her hair in that drama really
