stupid streamyx been on the phone with them for the past hour n half still nothing answers ranging from I dont know, We don't support PS3 to my supervisor is not here.

i call streamyx they ask me to ask sony to send over their details about their server or what not. i then called sony and they asked me to ask streamyx to contact them regarding this issue. Im already fed up so ill just go have a beer and use the pc

i spoke to the supervisor and he is pushing the blame over to the customer and SONY he wouldnt even contact Sony to try to fix the problem togheter. I also swore at a level 1 tech for a good part of 25 mins because he told me to watch my language. Excellent CS

i got signed in for exactly half a minute then it got signed out again

ME : You?? Proffesional what a joke, it almost made up for 90 mins of wasted time.

damn dats too much to pay for absolutely nothing

that was after he said we dont support ps3 we only support windows and mac.... lol

ya lol i even asked where is that clause and he couldnt reply me.. and now magically 15 mins after that phone call im connected to MY PSN for the past 30 mins longest time ever for the past 72 hours.

suddenly ok? i guess they kena marah kau kau, i told sony CS that after 2 hrs on the phone with Tmnut that they asked me to call sony, cuz i suggested for them to check their connection to wherever sony has their server or something.

so i then called sony to see if i can ask them to send an email over to TMnut with their details for Tmnut to troubleshoot.

Sony said : "We dont give this information to public, I think its the ISP's job to contact us"

So i called Tmnut.

Me : "Hey why not u go call sony now and actually do a job. Dats what they said." then hanged up


As a parting gift u can add that u are giving them 24hours and if they fail you are going to terminate the service.

after 3 cigarettes im back up on PSN

finally its back up now to normal, downloading uc2 now. I think Tmnut is really screwing with us
