would it be server down?

anyone have the URL to ping PSN or not? TMNET told me to do this

but not only psn, i can't access amazon.co.jp and some other sites properly

everyone who failed to sign in please sent PSN asia technical support a message something like these:

My PS3 failed to connect to PSN since 29th of September 2009. After some research in local forum, I found that 98% of the users of Malaysia's ISP: TM Net Streamyx failed to connect to PSN at the same day as well. I called local ISP technical support but they said there is no problem at all since I can connect to internet as usual. I've tried every solution I could (Port forwarding and static IP) but nothing seems to work.

for your infomation,
my connection type is PPPoE ADSL
PS3 is using wired connection.
my WAN IP range is 188.101.xxx.xxx
my DNS address is 202.188.xxx.xxx
