Dear all LYN forumers, Do you ever think about having a resthouse before? For those who likes to spend their weekend at beach, having far away from jammed in KL, having a resthouse is better than going for a holiday. And, it is an investment too. For instance, having a land near seashore at Terengganu. You can get great spot with less budget since there are a lot of nice beaches in Terengganu, and its price doesn't cost you a bomb. You can also rented it, it pays a lot since many tourists search for a homestay, they don't really like a 5 star hotel actually, there you are also donating in our country's tourism sector.

QUOTE(Awakened_Angel @ Sep 30 2009, 05:54 PM) a semi D in terengganu cost bout RM 500k ++ Not just Terengganu, Pahang also. Mainly bcos a big part of land in the East Coast are Malay Reserve. Good housing location available to the rich non-Malay are somewhat limited. Demand over supply thus pushing up the price. My uncle claims his semi-D in Kuantan is worth RM800k (few yrs back). That's about the same at Setia Ecopark or Kota Damansara.

IF by drive, i better stay in KL as there is not much of Jam in KL during weekend
