1) More or less all broker firm are the same its the same as bank. Its not which broker firm is good but which remisiers or dealer is good. Most good remisiers only trade in large amount so if you have a lot of money then u might get good one . Do ask from experienced investor for remisiers recommendation.

3) When u ask about the platform, do u mean the online trade?.....Most online trade are FOC so u get what u paid for...its very basic...but enough for casual investor. U still need a remisier or a dealer to use online trade.

I heard that Jupiter Securities is good. It offers Direct CDS account. Their fees is 0.10% or RM10 minimum. You can go to their website for more info.

I use Jupiter Securities.
1. Direct CDS account. No nominee stuffs. So you get all the annual reports and notices in your mail.
2. Jupiter charges min RM10 or 0.1%, whichever is higher. The other charges stamp duty and clearing charges should be standard.
3. The trading platform is OK for me. If not used other platforms before, so I have no comparisons to offer.
4. There are research notes/analysis. But I never read them anymore. I pick up news from The Edge and this forum.
5. I don't think Jupiter offers share financing. If you want to "borrow money to buy shares" then Jupiter may not satisfy your needs. The do have "share margin account" though. If you don't like your brokerage firm, then try another.

1) Which broker firm is good? Any suggestions? (I wanna do online trading and I don wan nominees acc)

2) How's the fees like? Are all the firms charge RM12 min fees?

3) Which broker firm's platform r u using? Is it user friendly?

4) Is the broker firm that u r using provides extra services(researches/analysis) ?? How much they charge for those services?

5) Any more things that i need to take into consideration when choosing a broker firm?
