Dear all,
I have purchased MRTA together with my loan application with the tigerhead bank. I have paid cash for it and the banker told me the coverage will commenced right away even though my property is still under construction.
However, I have not got any document/cert/receipt after I paid for my MRTA. My banker said Etiqa will send the related document to me as a proof of purchase but I have not received it after 3 months I paid for the MRTA.
Just want to seek from advice here, what document do you get after you purchased your MRTA?
Thanks.

You should get a policy with pages of many small prints. Just like any insurance policy

If you pay by cash, you should have a copy of receipt on the payment. Then there will be a policy by the insurance company forwarded to you.
If you don't have the policy, check with your Banker.

You should check with the tigerhead bank lo, 3 months is too long a time to wait for them to deliver the policy to you already.. hey guys, why did you guys chose MRTA, but not MLTA? do you know MLTA has other advantages which MRTA do not have?
