Share with me your personal feel Le.... im getting to set up business may need your profession.... hehe.......

20's widescreen lcd, mic, speaker, nice mouse, nice chair.haha.nice aircond, nice price..no smell lke smoking bla3..thats all..about service..idk..jst..nice person would good be there.

Do not expect to have a staff who have a good services in Malaysia, as you can see, the reason most of the people works in cyber cafe in Malaysia are mainly coz of they get to play for free, well unless you are able to train him.

Agreed with icetman. Nowadays, CC no longer a fast return business. RM2 per hour and if you follow rules like without cheating TNB, pay full amount of game license (without undertable ) and etc. There will be a huge expenses you need to concern.

Yeah ipoh cc the best XD i go infinity during holiday, now completing spm in sarawak...

Well here's my list
PC - 17-22 " monitor
Keyboard/Mouse - any brand as long comfortable
Headphone - gaming one pls
PC as long can play latest game at good quality..


environment - pls dun pack the pc's too close not comfortable
- no smoking
- clean toilet
- reasonable food and drink ( price)
must have light no need so bright
- Air con
- staff must be smart and friendly

erm rm2 / hour how to make money? :
huge up front investment required.

say 30 pcs computer
say each computer average 10 hours usage per day.
30 x 10 x 2 = rm 600 / day
rm 600 x 30 = rm 18 000 / month

30 pcs computer.

say each computer need 2500
2500 x 30 = 75 000
shop renovation, game license, os license, etc etc

manyak duit diperlukan.

based on your assumption's that's a pretty decent payback time scale though you can't just use raw turnover for this. You'd probably still get a decent return on investment if you could maintain a decent level of occupancy.

Still, imagine if all the CCs had to use their pcs to fold when not being hired out. That's a lot of ppd.
