HELP...are there anyone playing wow taiwan here? i have a big problem...i been play for 4 years and i stop at this year april or iether may not sure and till last week i plan to play back due to boringness...and i cant reload it with ipoint that i usually use ipoint(4years+) it requere my secret password that they gaved me when i registrred this account 4 years ago...ive lost it so are there anyone at taiwan wow could gimme a help ?i did send email to the taiwan wow comunity and customer services but they dint replay at all kinda ignore

you can request your password sent to your email, if you still remember your security code. or if you have lost the security code either, you can phone the taiwan customer service, they will ask your name and ic number, then send the code to your mail.

the problem i having is ..i lost it all.. its 4 years back there.. i dint kept all the information T_T i only had email , login , current password...sigh

Eh? You have different LYN login?

The only other way is to tell them that you've lost the information so you'll need to provide info about your character and they may ask for some external evidence e.g. passport, driving license, etc. to prove that your name matches the name of the account.
