After googling, I think the most relevant model was the iGrado (I wonder if the neckband is comfy) and with further googling, I stumbled across a lot of threads that suggested other models, such as Sennheiser's PMX200 (Davis and walabies carry em) and even this Audio Technica FC700 model (i think this brand is available in All IT, correct me if i'm wrong).
To be perfectly honest, I just need a decent headphone (strictly no in-ears) to be used with my Nokia N79 and my netbook for listening to MP3s (I listen to The Beatles and occasionally swing/ big band kinda music) and then there's the occasional video-watching.
My budget would be around below RM200 and ideally, if it isolates outside noise, then it would be an added bonus
ALSO, I'm looking for another pair of headphones for my bf, and here is what he specified based on the guidelines:

What you currently have: USB audio interface
Usage: music (listening/producing)
Source: wav and mp3
Personal requirements: frequency response as flat as possible
Budget: below RM600

I think what he's basically looking for is monitoring headphones, do correct me if I'm wrong. He was eyeing the SR60i/SR80i/SR125i though
Would appreciate it if you guys could help me out, this is really rocket science to me
