is it true that with an amp i can pump up the bass but not soundstage? That means its still wiser to get e.g. AD700 instead of A700 since an amp can easily cancel off AD700's only drawback- lack of bass?

is fiio E5 enough to drive the AD700 since it only lacks bass?

But is it sufficient to pump it to its optimum bass level?

looking for portable basshead+isolating headphones. Budget less than RM400. Am looking at something like ES7 or WS50 in terms of size or smaller.

Those cans have really few reviews on the net as they're not so popular in Malaysia or even western countries. So far I gather that WS50 has strong bass, ES7 being fancy and shiny, too expensive. SQ5 most people like its comfort.

ES7 can get for RM400+

That's the price i saw from overseas. But is it really worth the price tag?

Has anyone heard of the Ultrasone Zino or HFI-550? Is this brand popular in Malaysia? I can't seem to find many reviews for it
