hi guise,

need help.

theres a dead ant inside my LCD monitor. now it looked like a dead pixel.

just now i saw it walking around my monitor, at first i thought it was on the outside so i tried to move it away with my finger, nothing happend,
then i thought maybe it was someone's siggy, then i close firefox & open notepad, still see the ant running around my monitor.

so after a while, the ant stopped moving. now it stuck there inside my LCD monitor.

i tried print-screen, but the ant is not there in the screenshot.
i tried to drag the ant into recycle bin, cannot.
i tried to double click the ant, nothing happen.

how to fix this???

change new monitor

type msconfig
untick dead ant
restart

delete system32

mati kena radiation??muahaha

the do full scan using ur av and anti spyware/malware..
strongly recommended to update first..

the ant is probably between the LCD and the screen,
if yes then the shop might only need to opn and remove but if its in ur LCD
might need to change the LCD and if laptop the price might go up till 750 ringgit

there is a dead ant inside my car tailamp. no sh*t. it's been there since i got it from day 1 and it's still there till now. cant disassemble headlamp, may void warranty zz grrr

My lappy oso got ant in the monitor. Just send the laptop for warranty. They said they can fix it and the ant thing didnt void the warranty. By the way, my lappy is Acer. According to the guy, my case is the first one he ever encountered. Maybe other customer who face this problem did not go to claim warranty

haha, old thread but new for ppl who havent read it...maybe u have to DL ant.exe den open in ur desktop, hopefully u can force the ant out by adding RED ants everywhere
