why not using pos laju?

use e-parcel...cheaper and faster too..

both register and e parcel have tracking number as well.
Pos laju is definately the first choice if money is not a problem since it's expensive. But u get what u pay for...pos laju is faster and better service..

I sent a few medical books to my friend in Aus before, kinda slow, tooks about 2 months + to reach her xD It's traceable and you can insure if you want(hv to pay of coz).

The speed of register mail is the same like normal mail.
Just that register mail is traceable.

it will only be trackable within malaysia, which for your case is until KLIA. Just take note of that yea.

1) Registered parcel can be traced.

2) No, insurance is an option.

3) Depends on your choice of surface mail or air mail. Surface mail takes terrible delivering time (100% kena negative feedback if u doing online sales) but cheaper cost. Suggested you use air mail.

4) nothing can be guarantee 100% safe, there will be a probation that the item missing or broken on the way to the destination. So it is better to put insurance to your item if it is fragile or high end product

A1) Only can send item weighing up to 2kg only and yes...it is traceable. For item weighing more than 2kg you need to use e-parcel.

A2) Not insured. Insurance need to be purchased separately.

A3) Sorry have no idea but since local delivery is usually known to be slow you can expect international delivery to be slow also.

A3) Yes...at least it's safer than normal shipping as the recipient's signature is needed to accept the delivery.

If on the tracking status page, it stated undelivered, what does it mean???

it means that they tried delivering and noone was home to receive it.

RM1.70 for the register mail sticker (including stamp and tracking number).

must i register an account for that? or only the recipant register?
