It depends... since its already stated ban teams n players, I think the committee will stick to its initial plans and ban teams? unless you think that more teams will join if no teams are banned ;P

Can pay thru banking, or on that day itself. Players are also welcomed to join on that day too.

Ok, let me clarity abit about this tournament.
Firstly, this is a charity project from students of the HELP College, and its true that they get the prize money from the registration fees. Due to this, 1k was suggested as the prize money to attract more teams.
Secondly, If the participants don't mind they reduce the prize money and send more to charity, the organising committee will be glad to do so. They wont have to suffer so much to obtain the amount of teams needed, thus giving out more to charity.
Thirdly, there are reasons to why it cannot be postponed. The student have to write a report for the project and they will not have sufficient time to finish their work if its postpone somemore.
Due to these circumstances, I just hope that no more flaming will happen in this tread, and if agreed by all, the prize money would be reduced to raise the earnings. Thanks.

Its meant to be a charity tournament, so even if there are pubs, its fine, and WCG is on the same date so some teams will be over there.
