Actually where did you guys get those information Sentra is having old tech and Vios is ultra super high tech? What is the technology Vios has and make you guys think it is more technology advance than Sentra? VVT-i? If you think about this VVT-i is ultra super duper high tech, then please google it first. For me, if you travel around town more often, then Vios is enough already, but if you travel long distance more often, then no need to think, Sentra is the better choice.

QUOTE(Hoong.ster @ Nov 22 2009, 07:30 PM) Are you implying that RM 7.5km/l is the best this QG18DE can give? I think even if it's Pre-FL and whatnot, 7.5km/l is still abit on the high side, don't u think? My family's 15 year ol Merc W124 2,399 cc gets around the same mileage (7km to the liter)! And AFAIK the 1.8 engines on preFL and FL1 are essentially the same QG18de, how much more fuel-efficient can it be after the FL? pls enlighten. Thanks! Dude, i think you need to drive your car go to TC to check your engine, QG18DE fully city drive, or we call it extra urban FC should be around 9-11km/l, not like yours 7.5km/l.

QUOTE(hush_puppies @ Nov 29 2009, 04:12 AM) sweat.... u called this smokes? =.='' if the Civic 2.0 tab 2 gear lower of the paddle shift, press a bit hard on the pedal, now u can smell the smokesDude, if you are driving Civic 2.0, and you try to tab 2 gears lower at that speed and see how is your gearbox response. I scare you can't even smell the smoke man. You can only wait for the tow truck at the road side.

QUOTE(xizzat @ Nov 30 2009, 12:18 AM) then the civic driver is dumb to lower gear at that speed...i bet u dun even know how to use paddle shift properly.. shift at the right timing.. go play wif ur stick ..lolĀ Yeah,I bet you know how to use paddle shift lar, go try it out lar, running at 160km/h and shift 2 gears lower, try it man, see you can shift down 2 gears or not. Do you know what is the RPM for Civic when running at 160km/h? If you still shift another2 gears lower, wow, half supercar performance already. QUOTE(xizzat @ Nov 30 2009, 07:22 AM) wow..u still dont get it yah... read my previous post.. i dun told ya to lower the 2 gear at that speed.. i said shift at the right timing... u already speeding..then ask car at the side who is enjoying listening to music while cruising to compete wif u.. ya.. such a fair competition.. try 0-200kph with the paddle shifter.. then u see who smell smoke.. Yeah, your paddle shifter is best, if the MT change to short shifter, the performance will be better than yours best paddle shifter, wanna fair play, go to find what ever car model, both same model with same capacity, one is usng your so call best short shifter and one is using MT with short shifter, see who smell the smoke. You better go to learn the proper MT driving skill first if you don't want to smell the smoke.
