I just bought my XBOX 360 and i'm kinda confuse with the X-Live. My XBOX already connected to internet. But each time i want to register X-Live, it's pop up a message asking me to update my system. Should i just update it ? I cancel the update cos the sales person told me that don't update online, if i update online, my XBOX won't run a pirated games anymore.

If you read carefully, i did say I'm a new XBOX 360 users. I'm a bit confuse regarding the Online Update cos currently my console can run pirated games. The issue is will it disturb my XBOX system if i update ? As in i can only play Original XBOX game after the update.

Yeah i did joined X-Live and update my console, thanks everyone. Admin can close this thread now XD.
