Is this consider the instant acar? I ate this before..

Not sure whether this is what TS is looking for but this is wat i noe of Acar Cili
Select fresh green chilies (mz be certain texture & size), cut it open n clean/throw the seeds, soak it in "air kapur", dry it under the sun.. then stuff it with shredded dried papaya + dried shrimp
Then arrange it in a bottle/tupperware & cover with the sauce
