QUOTE(lanatir @ Apr 27 2010, 09:50 AM) if i'm not mistaken thanks. are there any specialty shops that sells such stuff? 1 place where one can get all 1 shot, instead of buying piece by piece1) horsehair brush to clean off dust and grime 2) rub shoe cream all over 3) brush off with horsehair brush 4) buff with cloth/rag 5) rub shoe wax all over 6) brush off with horsehair brush 7) dab some water onto cloth and bring wax to shine |

What's the correct way?
Apply cream, then polish? If I were to only use one, cream would be preferable? Polish is to get the shine, whereas cream is to keep the leather nourished and supple (plus a bit of shine)? Renovateur is if one is feeling rich? Renomat is to strip all and start cream-polish? |

shoes should fit snug. so if i can squeeze a finger in at the heel, its not snug enough? thats 43 for me. 42 is ok, with only the width feeling a bit tight.
i should go with 42? |

Thanks for all the replies. Actually I'm swapping the shoe, cause bought wrong model. So might as well try the sizes again. haha.
But the 2 models share the same last, so no choice. The thing that 'intrigues' me is when I'm standing straight, the part after the top eyelets, probably 1 inch away, sort of bend outwards (for e.g. an A4 paper, u push the shorter ends towards each other, that kinda shape). I was expecting it to hug or sit close to my foot. |

I have flat foot.
In the end it turned out ok. The design I swapped to didn't have the bowing problem. A happy man now. |
