YO kockroach

I use this method

http://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/ianknot.htm

This is a really fast and a very neat method because it is even both laces would fall to the sides

Aiks, thanks for it.

Get one of those instant shine bottles with a sponge applicator. Fast and easy shine.

Compare to conventional polish kit which is better? By the way, for a brown color shoe, what color of shoe polish I should get. Thank you.

DEfine conventional polish kit.

As in the kiwi polish as shown by jind86 vs the one with sponge.

I don't know what sort of brown shoe you have. If it's the usual kind of shoe (price till about RM400) I wouldn't bother with Kiwi. It dirties your finger and it smells strange. Better just get one of those instant shine stuff or shoe wipes. They're specifically developed for the sort of shoes 99.99% of people wear nowadays. I used them for years happily after spending far too much time with traditional waxes. Fast and easy.

If you have aniline dyed leather (price >RM600), you'll want to get Saphir waxes and creams from P. Lal. They're like Kiwi, only better. But using them is a lot of work. They're for shoe enthusiasts.

hahah, obviously I'm for the first option. But I find the smell for kiwi, erm kind of attracting actually. Thanks though.

Sifu, I am a raw denim on daily basis guy, usually I wear it with my brown loake buckingham but thinking to get another black dress shoe to wear it alternately. My question is does black dress shoe good with denim, captoe or wingtip, brogued or not? Any suggestion?

Okie bought Loake Insington black. Instantly fall in loves with it when I try it on. Now Mr. Alka told me to only install the rubber sole after one month.

That was fast. You have better luck than me, I can't get size for those I wanted at plal, for those having the design abd color I want, price exceeded 1.5k, which is out of my budget.

well, eversince one of my daily shoes broken, I figured out it is time for me to get a replacement to alternate with my other loake.
