its uncanny how much a proper pair of shoes cost.. i m still not willing to spend more then RM350 for a pair as considering they are going to hit unknown surfaces.. i would have to be so so careful what do you guys think of braun buffel shoes? i m sure they dun compare to florsheim, c&j, loakes but their leather i m sure is pretty fine.. hw much are florshiems after discount? ferragamo's were 40% 60% off during sale -on a reg basis they norm cost 2k+ ...i would rather consider ferragamos if the prices are nt too far apart ..italian vs americans?

@yehlai taking into consideration the sale period in M'sia now -believe it or not RM 300 or so can get you a decent pair -brand wise, shoe enthusiasts here will consider it trash/questionable but otherwise i am sure it will meet their/ your boss's approval

QUOTE(QuickFire @ Dec 19 2016, 10:40 AM) I have a pair of Carmina stuck at customs now and DHL is requesting me to provide the GST registration number of my company (presumably because I put my office address as the shipping address). I don't think I want or should involve my company in this. Has anyone experienced this before? Also, customs added on excise/import duties of about 2% on top of the 6% GST (so total tax/duty payable is about 8%). And DHL also charges RM 53 for duty processing. That totals up to RM 200... damn. I remember the last time I bought Carminas I got charged RM 130+ (no import duties). Sorry but just wondering ..wont carminas form Wj & Co over at Bangsar be less of a hassle /cost less @RM18xx? Thanks!
