Get them online. Pediwear, Herringshoes are good places to start.

Currently Herringshoes has sales on their online store, any recommendation for budget between RM450 - RM650?

Then PLal is the place you should visit.

One day of rest is usually sufficient, unless the shoes get wet then they need more time to dry out.

Start with two, then expand them yearly until you have five in rotation.

It is important to use good quality shoe tree to maintain the shoe shape and reduce crease. Cedar shoe trees are best as they absorb moisture better.

Wear your shoes using shoe horn, have shoe horns in your house, car and office.

Polish your shoes on a regular basis. I also find attaching good quality thin rubber shoe sole (like vibram) will greatly enhance the shoe durability. Replace them as they wear off.

Do the above (anything I miss?) and you will find your shoes last for years.

Good advice I must say, take note on that

I would suggest you pay a visit to P.Lal shop at Jalan Gasing first and start from there else you might want to browse through herringshoes, this site is where I got my Buckingham brogue

Fine workmanship I would say

Does this Goodyear Welted shoes suitable to be use in uneven surface i.e. gravel, tarmac and such.

Because I need to walk from parking area to my office (about 1km) and the condition of the road is a mix of abovementioned surface.

If not then should I get rubber instead?
