The problem is that they said that the payment has been expired and does not authorized by me when I check back with paypal, the payment still pending (which if im not mistaken the merchant need to finalized it at their side). Further, the payment already charged to my debit card account Need help

Because I need to walk from parking area to my office (about 1km) and the condition of the road is a mix of abovementioned surface. If not then should I get rubber instead? Loake Buckingham user here
