Prefer oxfords or loafers

My budget is <500

It's gonna be used once or twice a year so no issues with durability.
Should I just go to P Lal to get a recommendation? I need it to be one that can be directly bought from a store in KL.

I browsed through some brands such as Clarks, Alain Edmonds, Mark & Spencers but not sure which of them are good.
