QUOTE(kotmj @ Jan 20 2011, 11:17 PM) Wear did you get those pocket squares from? The pocket squares were from Battisti Napoli, bought online from e-haberdasher. I was also curious to see the difference between a hand rolle & stitched pocket square and a normal machine stitched one (which I previously procured from Charles Tyrwhitt)Added on January 20, 2011, 9:17 pmNice shoes,BTW, especially the spectators. |

My recently acquired shoes. Not EG, Lobb...just made by a local shoemaker. Quality seems pretty good, whether it will hold up to wear remains to be seen.
Have been trying to make them a darker shade of brown by polishing. Not sure if Saphir Creme de Luxe is the right cream, but it didn't turn out too bad. |

A Shanghainese handmade shoe? Is the insole made of thick leather?Have been trying to make them a darker shade of brown by polishing. I'm starting to get into korean fashion.
Looking at the ravishing timberland boots are the best. Imagine folding bottom of your slim jeans to the height of top rear of your boot. look so rugged and casual at the same time. This is only advisable for people who wear slim or skinny jeans. regular nor classic jeans look cool with boots. This post has been edited by irmond: Jan 23 2011, 08:27 AM |

I am gonna risk getting flamed for exhibiting a pair from Zara as an example.
Does anyone have an idea where can I source a pair of formal moccasin's similar to these? Perhaps something with more gloss to it as well. Nothing too pricey I am looking at sub RM400. Thanks! |

QUOTE(prancingHORSE @ Jan 23 2011, 02:39 PM) I am gonna risk getting flamed for exhibiting a pair from Zara as an example. Traditionally loafers are worn casually, so they aren't really formal. The most formal shoes are Oxfords. For a tux, oxfords made from patent leather. So if you're getting it for formal occasions I'd suggest oxfords or brogues.Does anyone have an idea where can I source a pair of formal moccasin's similar to these? Perhaps something with more gloss to it as well. Nothing too pricey I am looking at sub RM400. Thanks! Anyway, this is within your budget but be quick. |
