If there are so many secrets in a forum, i don't know why some posters even come around here. Maybe it enlarges their e-peens or something.

I don't keep secrets. Did a lot of research and the Kulitkraf Goodyear-welted Oxford brogues at RM119.90 is the cheapest in Malaysia!

I don't know what sort of brown shoe you have. If it's the usual kind of shoe (price till about RM400) I wouldn't bother with Kiwi. It dirties your finger and it smells strange. Better just get one of those instant shine stuff or shoe wipes. They're specifically developed for the sort of shoes 99.99% of people wear nowadays. I used them for years happily after spending far too much time with traditional waxes. Fast and easy.
If you have aniline dyed leather (price >RM600), you'll want to get Saphir waxes and creams from P. Lal. They're like Kiwi, only better. But using them is a lot of work. They're for shoe enthusiasts. This post has been edited by kotmj: Jan 10 2010, 05:33 PM |

Put an open tin of Kiwi in a plastic bag. Cup bag over your nostrils and mouth. Breathe in and out. Enjoy.

I actually know where to find English made cedar trees which are adjustable in width and length for about RM120. Serious old world quality. No, I'm not telling!

Brass hooks instead of knobs. It lets you hang the shoes, or just the trees. Good when the soles are drenched.
Added on January 12, 2010, 12:39 amI kept wanting to buy them up. But RM120 is a lot to pay for shoe trees. I keep hesitating. This post has been edited by kotmj: Jan 12 2010, 12:39 AM |
