I have an old PC lying around, specs are not high AMD Sempron with PCI-E slot.

I'm wondering if I can just plug in a ATI HD 4350 graphics card to play blu-ray, mkv, 720p, 1080p files ?

The graphics card is priced at RM 125, specs : 512MB, DDR2, 64-bit PCI-E interface.

Base on my simply read-up, can I summarize that most of the PCI-E card can be able to play Blu-Ray Disc / Files ?

I have a rather simply audio setup, I do not require those 8 Channel LPM, or HD-Audio,
just running a simple 2.1 speaker. any DTS system sound is sufficient for my future upgrade of 5.1.
HDMI audio pass thru is thus not needed.

Or if possible can anyone recommend the lowest spec graphics card / cheapest I can get to play those files ?

Thanks for everyone's input...

But can anyone verify to me that any PCI-E graphics card that I buy today is sufficient to run it ? Even the cheapest RM 125 ATI HD4350 ?
