I have this problem few months back and it seems getting worse. I've check my eye power everymonth then (wearing contact lens), the power is not increasing.
But i need to focus (like camera focus lens) to see the thing more clearer. And it's getting worse at night.

I would appreciate if you can recommend some supplement that can easily get in pharmacy.
Does grapeseed help? Thank you.

Poor night vision can be due to various causes like deficiency in Vitamin A, lutein , zinc.

Foods rich in Vit A are eggs , dairy products.

Grapeseed can help as it neutralizes free radicals.

You can take supplement which provides beta carotene (Vitamin A should be taken in the form of beta carotene), zinc and other nutrients working in synergy to protect your eye.

There is also supplement for eye which provides lutein and zinc for eye health.

PM me if you need more information.

Did you check for astigmatism too? The optician should be doing that. Change opticians and compare if the same.

I used to wear contact lens until my left eye developed astigmatism such that it's not high enough to wear lenses to correct it and yet low enough to make the eye blur.

Now, I just wear glasses where my left lense has astig correction.

bling*2, also, why don't you try and contact jialat? He has been in the business of selling contact lenses for awhile and may be able to give you advice than people here.

Perhaps you have to go for eye checking, if the problem can't be solved.

Carrots, carrots and lots of carrots. Get your eyes check too. Eye sight is very important so it's good to take care of them.

Go see optometrist, and get those eyes checked first, before trying anything else first.
