At first join because feel that its good editing only with this salary since I am new in it. But when enter already I need to do everything from editing, production, till photography and design >.<" Is it normal with this kind of situation?

Salary : RM2600
Total allowance : RM200 (petrol if travel), RM150 (mobile)
Education level : Degree
Benefits : Medical RM300, Dental RM200, 1 Month Contractual Bonus, AL = 14 days
Working hrs: 9.00am-6.00pm (5 days/week) / No OT if work overtime / midnight setup / weekend events.
Remark : A lot of company restrictions after economy breakdown last year, company is becoming more calculative.

I consider myself underpaid, please advise... :S
