for a fresh grad, now is good time to learn more to gain experience. Spend a few years learn and network yourself. Later, when your reputation grows, jobs will look for you. Good luck.

What is more important is you build your connections, networking, experience, etc. Forget the salary for now. Try to excel yourself and exceed your clients expectations. Once you achieve that, your reputation will grow and people in the industry will know how good you are and look for you and offer you better jobs and projects. Hope you can understand. Work hard first then the money will follow you. icon_rolleyes.gif
