I think you are underpaid. But no worries, at least you are in O&G and still young, many opportunities will come.

Might be tempting. Once you are out for a few years, you will have a hard time coming back to O&G. Be patient ... I was in 3K+ for the first few years. And then .. you can be more demanding.
