standing here refers to the comparison of the salary range that i have now between others (fresh grad) and it has nth to do with experience o academic level....u got me wrong..

well said. It may be "averagely good" as for now but further phase of it do not look very promising... Thats the reason doubtness starts affecting me...... I realli hate job-hopping..
