Some forumers adviced the allowance is not considered as a package when u jum ship in the future and new company only considered your package is basic without added in your allowance.

Geez I feel very blessed to be in my position at my age.  I am Malaysian but back here working from overseas.  I had no idea pay was so different here in Malaysia.
