i guess it depends. if you are required to work in shift, then i think you can consider, allowance as part of the package.

i think it also depends on how you bargain/nego with the new co. smile.gif

i think it's household income ... but if you are the sole breadwinner (both parents retired) ... and have a couple of siblings still schooling ... doesn't own a house yet ... then ... yeah ...
