working hour is quite long, almost everyday go back after 10pm, huge responsibility in job, so it is quite tension. No other allowance already, and no OT, no increment in salary after probation period... american company also so so only ><

agree with u, that is such a rubbish HR person, i am wonder wheather she got learn HR management or not before in charge in recritment. Btw, RM 2.5K is not much nowadays, somemore ppl grad from oversea and first class honour,. it worth much more than that value. this HR are so stupid, hire 'people' in sake of occupy the vacancy, in short, hire people for 'people', but i can tell most successful company they hire people for soultion, that is the different.
