Job Title : Programmer Years spent in company : 3 weeks Company : MNC Industry : Insurance Location : Selangor Tenure : Contract 1 year Experience before joining : 2.5 years Education Level : Degree Salary before joining: RM 2.5K Current Salary : RM 6k Benefits: Medical only Working hours : Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.15pm) I just jump ship, whats you guys think? Am i overpaid or still underpaid. I think for contract position i still underpaid. |

My job scope mostly on a project based, the good thing is no need to support Production, just doing coding. The bad side is the project time line is tight. Sometime need to do OT, so far i still enjoy my work.
