OK? Colleagues say I am underpaid and will leave soon in about 2 years time.

Its not about the number. Its how much you are worth. Its like when you go Zimbabwe and work there with your current salary. They will say you are overpaid- but you know you yourself worth more right?

ps. No offense to those from Zimbabwe. 

few key points to take note if you are following this thread.

1) this is not reflecting the job market in general. For every fresh grade earning RM5k per month, there are another 100 thousand of them earning RM1.5k or less.
2) lots of bullshitting. how could we verify the truth? 

though managers with more than 10 years of experience, and less than RM7k? what kind of managers are you referring to?
if restaurant outlet manager maybe.

I know 2 F&B manager with low pay.

A) Secret Recipe. In charged of several outlets. RM3k ++, less than RM4k.
B) Coffee Bean. Slightly less than RM3k.

any idea how much could one salary goes(maximum) with ACCA and without degree?

i would like to say that i'm a good performer but the company hv no opportunity for me to perform...no chance to use my skills at all....no new thing to learn too....felt my knowledge and skill had degraded if compared to last time....

feel so bad....i asked my previous manager...am i performing good at work?
he said i'm a good performer...very responsible....overall performing very good...but y the salary so low? it is the company not paying me enough?

the only good thing is low work load....can go back home every day on time...want to work overtime also nothing to do....umm....this is good or no good?

the company also quite near to my home...5 minutes journey to work....

should i stay or find another job?
due to i need to take care of my child too...so work near my home is more preferable....this make me headache...

but when look at my underpaid salary..make me feel sad 

may i know is my salary still in the range of the QA department or underpaid if compare with the same department in others company?
