if you say do sales/insurance, then yes

but if u said makan gaji through permanent position(not contract), then impossible unless they are manager ...

8-10k still belongs to manager level in malaysia ...

most likely HR will pay base on current salary ... but you can ask for 5k since is TL position ... 5k for MNC is nothing actually ...
