And how would you know you are underpaid? Can you justify why you should get a higher salary? I always here ppl say they're underpaid etc and all that AFTER they sign the bloody contract. Shouldn't sign it in teh first place right? Lemme guess, when u wanted the job, no choice kan? at least got ppl give u a job, still wanna complain, if u think u deserve more, then go talk to your boss dun bother comparing salaries in another company unless you learn how to negotiate. if you cant negotiate then no comment lah lol. Just be thankful there's a company willing to pay u a monthly salary.
