basically it's package of training program of course pay WITH $$$ lol, i think (normally 1 year period ) where you'll be allocated in various department to familiarize their company operation and end of the program they will decide either to employed you as permanent staff at respective department. Nowadays the company very smart using this strategy ... mostly they will recruit those fresh graduate for this purpose and NOT sure what's your background and course of your studies?? on salary imo i would say in range rm 2.0 - 2.5k ... i think no harm to work to gain some experience BUT do check the company profile first yeeah before you decide to join:thumbs:
