Job Title : Equipment Engineer Years spent in company : 0 Company : MNC Industry : Semiconductor Location : Penang Tenure : Permanent Experience before joining : Fresh grad Education Level : Degree Salary : RM 2.6k Benefits: RM 250 Gas Allowance per month Working hours : Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) Upon commencing job, will be sent to overseas for training. What do you guys think? |

guys, I have been told about my benefits and some salary related issues when I signed the offer letter today. Starting pay 2.6k + 250 fixed gas allowance....however...the bonus and increment sounds terrible...please advise:
Quarter bonus...15%-18% if its making profit, heard it was 30% before.. Year end bonus depends on performance..Avrg - 1 month, Good -2 months...so so =nth 1 time yearly increment 4-7%...assume 6% of 2600 once every year...ZZZZ BTW Equipment Engineer at a MNC fresh grad |

Job Title : Equipment Engineer Years spent in company : 1 WEEK Company : MNC Industry : Semiconductor - more to wafer Tenure : Permanent Tasks: Machine maintenance and improvements Experience before joining : Fresh Education Level : Degree Engineering Current Salary : 2550 Benefits: Gas -200 fixed Special Medical - 450 upon confirmation Car interest subsidy upon confirmation This job interview was done during the interview week...where i had 5 interviews...now I have been offered by a local company in semicond industry also...salary is 2900...benefits are similar but with less amount like 300 for special medical etc. Man, should I jump?
